Born in 1984 in Istanbul to painter parents, Sanat Deliorman studied translation and graphic design at university. She sang as a contralto in the A Capella Bo?aziçi jazz choir for two years and translated Janos Sipos‘ book „In the Wake of Bela Bartok in Anatolia“ into Turkish, published in 2009. For over 15 years, she worked as an editor, and music critic for various institutions and festivals. Besides worked as a voice over artist for globally known brands. After taking jazz vocal lessons from reknown jazz singers in Turkey and visiting teachers from America, she won a number of jazz competitions in 2011 and 2012.
